We're excited to announce the return of the Annual Bourbon Boots & BBQ Derby Eve Party for 2022. Tickets are $75 and guests will enjoy a fantastic barbecue dinner and dessert, a live concert featuring Kentucky's own John Lovern & the Pearl Snaps and The Goodwin Brothers, dancing, our signature Kentucky Oaks Lily cocktail and open bar, silent and live auction, professional photos, and a photo-prop booth. For an additional $25, guests may participate in a bourbon tasting experience.
Madison County's longest-running Derby Eve party is a fun evening out, and also provides much needed support to Hospice Care Plus. Proceeds from the event will ensure that we can continue to provide home hospice care, inpatient care at our Compassionate Care Center, palliative and bereavement care for all regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. In addition, proceeds allow us to provide special medications and meet other special needs for patients and families. Hospice Care Plus serves Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties.
*We follow state and federal recommendations for public health safety and will abide by the suggested mitigation measures being recommended at the time of the event.

Follow these directions when traveling south from Lexington on I 75: Take Exit 90 B. Travel down the Robert R. Martin by-pass (Old Hwy 25) until you reach the Hwy 52 E intersection (Mann's dealership will be on your left as you sit at the light). Turn left and travel 52 East approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Old KY Loop 52 and travel about 1/5 mile. The fair grounds will be on your left.
