We're excited to invite you to the 2023 Bourbon, Boots & BBQ Derby Eve Party. This year's event is Friday, May 5, at Churchill's, located in the historic Churchill Weavers building in Berea. Reservations are $100 per guest and include hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, a complimentary Oaks Lily cocktail, a catered barbecue dinner and dessert, a live concert featuring The Goodwin Brothers, dancing, live and silent auctions, a selfie station, games, and more. If you are part of a larger group, consider purchasing a table of 8 for $750. For an additional $25, guests may also participate in a bourbon tasting experience.**
Professional photographers will be on hand to take arrival photos of all guests, and they will be available for you to share on social media after the event. This is the 20th anniversary of Madison County's longest-running Derby Eve party. It is a fun evening out that provides much-needed support to Hospice Care Plus. Proceeds from the event will ensure we continue to provide home hospice care, inpatient care at our Compassionate Care Center, and palliative and bereavement care for all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. In addition, proceeds allow us to provide special medications and meet other special needs for patients and families. Hospice Care Plus serves Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties.
**All guests must be age 21 and older. ID's will be checked at bar
