Enter your information below to be registered to attend this KHN virtual in-service. The in-service will take place Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 4 PM to 5 PM EST. There is no fee to attend for KHN-member hospices, nor is there a limit on how many may attend per member hospice.

This registration form is only for Part II. Part I was held on May 26, 2022.

Each person who plans to attend and claim CEUs must register. (Please, no group registrations under one name and one device.)

Continuing education units are available for social work and nursing. CEU details, including objectives, presenters, requirements, and more, can be found online.
