The Building Better Together Capital Campaign is an exciting part of a strategic plan initiated by our new CEO, Lisa Cox. The campaign makes us more efficient and better financial stewards by consolidating our three physical sites into one location at the Compassionate Care Center. Our central office in Berea and our medical equipment space are in the process of moving to the Center's campus in Richmond. A key part of this campaign is to build a modest structure to make space for the inventory and staff that are part of the relocation.
Today, we invite you to put on your hard hat and join us. As a donor to our Building Better Together campaign, you will help us be a stronger, more efficient organization and improve the quality of care and quality of life of those we serve.* Our funding goal for the campaign is $190,000. We're happy to report that we have already raised approximately $40,000 towards that goal. We are also happy to report that the new structure is already underway. With the help of campaign donors, it is on track to be completed in early spring.
Since 1981, Hospice Care Plus has provided home hospice care, home palliative care, inpatient care, and bereavement care to patients and families in Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties. Our programs have helped patients with serious illness and their families live the highest quality of life with expert care, compassion, and dignity, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
*Your donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
