For hospice patients and families, every day is a gift! At Hospice Care Plus, it is all about living out our 43 year mission of providing compassionate care that helps make each day matter, and today, we invite you to help us continue this mission by giving to the “Gift A Day of Care: The $225 in 2025” campaign.

Your contribution will directly support our dedicated team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers who provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes and at our Compassionate Care Center, allowing families to focus on the gift of each day they have together.

By donating $225, (the cost for a day of care) you can help create a meaningful day for a patient and their loved ones. You can also ensure that Hospice Care Plus can continue serving the communities of Estill, Jackson, Lee, Madison, Owsley, and Rockcastle counties, with mission-driven, compassionate care and support.

Jim's family knew that preserving his independance and dignity was a gift they'll never forget.

Norine's family knew how special it would be to ask friends to send cards in celebration of her 102nd birthday!

Carolyn's daughter wanted to ensure that her mother's needs were being met. In the process, her own emotional needs were also met by the hospice care team.
