New Volunteer Training Sign-Up Form

We’re excited you’re interested in joining our volunteer team. Our next in-person training will be held on Saturday, March 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Madison County Public Library (507 W Main Street, Richmond, KY)

Getting Registered for Training:

Simply complete the form below. This reserves a spot for you at the training! Please note: If you’re bringing a friend, make sure they complete their own registration form.

Prefer a self-paced, online option? Just answer “yes” to the final question on the form below, and we’ll follow up with next steps.

Completing the Volunteer Application:

After signing up for training, we ask that you complete and return your Volunteer Application.

Follow-up:

Watch for details in your confirmation email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within 12 hours).

We will ask you to complete a few online training modules prior to the training. Mariah Smith, Volunteer Coordinator, will get in touch with you individually to help you with that process. Completing some of the required modules online allows us to focus the in-person training on more meaningful aspects of hospice care services and grief & loss support.

On training day, we will provide lunch. There will also be plenty of breaks, snacks, and many opportunities to ask questions.
